Key takeaways
- Each offer has its own terms, which take precedence if they conflict with the general terms.
- You can generally receive one reward per member per offer, unless the offer says otherwise.
- Finder shares limited information with a fulfilment provider to deliver a reward.
This page is a plain-English summary of the key rules behind Finder Rewards: the terms that apply, how many rewards you can get, and what information Finder uses to deliver them. It is not a replacement for the legal text, it is a signpost to it. For the full detail, always check the general terms and the Privacy Policy, both linked below.
Where do I find the exact terms?
Each offer has its own terms, and those offer-specific terms set out things like the reward amount and form, the qualifying transaction, the offer period, eligibility and any limits. Those offer terms form part of the Finder Rewards terms, and if they ever conflict with the general terms the offer-specific terms take precedence. So when you want to know exactly how a particular reward works, read the terms attached to that offer first.
The promoter of Finder Rewards is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (Finder). Rewards are distributed by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, whose terms and conditions also apply. In short, the general Finder Rewards terms, the Blackhawk Network terms and Finder's Privacy Policy all apply together.
For further details, see the general terms at Finder Rewards terms and conditions. and the Privacy Policy.
Can I get more than one Finder Reward?
Generally you can receive a maximum of one reward per member per offer, unless a specific offer says otherwise. For instance, if you take up an offer with a telco for a phone plan, you are only eligible to be rewarded once.
However, if there is another reward on offer with that telco for a different product, like NBN, you are usually eligible to apply for that product as a separate reward.
If an offer allows something different, that will be spelled out in that offer's own terms.
What information is used?
Finder uses the information it needs to verify your eligibility and deliver your reward. To get the reward to you, Finder may share limited details with a designated fulfilment provider, in line with its Privacy Policy. For the full picture of what is collected and how it is handled, read the Privacy Policy at finder.com.au/privacy-policy.
