Our experts compared mobile phone plans from 46 providers to help you find the best of the best for 2026.

Finder's Mobile Awards showcase the best providers across key categories including prepaid and postpaid mobile plans for both value and high data. We also have awards for budget-conscious offerings and long-expiry prepaid plans.

Winners and those highly commended for each category were chosen by a value score that ranks factors such as how much their plans costs, network coverage, inclusion of WiFi calls and data rollover.

About Finder's Mobile Awards methodology

Finder's Mobile Awards recognise market-leading providers across different categories for value, high data and duration. Winners and highly commended providers are ranked using our proprietary Finder Score based on their cost and data allowance over 12 months, network coverage and other important feature inclusions.

We assessed products across 46 providers to determine the winners. Products had to be in the market for the entire 12 month judging period.
