When more than 680 Australians rated their personal lenders, NAB took out the top spot by a long way. Scoring 4.18 out of 5, 92% of its users said they would recommend NAB's personal loans to a friend. It was rated most highly for its customer service and its features and benefits.
Commonwealth Bank followed in second place, with a score of 4.13 out of 5. 87% of users said they would recommend to the loan to a friend. It scored the highest among the finalists for its ease of application, but also scored highly for its customer service.
In third place, Westpac scored 4.05 out of 5. It scored highly for its customer service and ease of application. 84% of respondents said it would recommend the loan to friends.
