Deciding on a brand is up to you – you can choose the brand that suits you best based on their customer service and price, but the more important decision is what tier you want. Hope this helps!

Hi Rosario, For a quality online gaming experience, you’ll generally want a faster connection – in this context, both download and upload speeds matter. You might want to start by comparing NBN 100 plans, which are fast but not super-expensive.
I cuurently have a Telstra NBN Plan. If I switch from Telstra to DODO (or another provider that offers BYO Modem Plans,) can I use my existing Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2?
Hi Dean, It’s possible that the modem will work with another provider, but if anything goes wrong your support options will be more limited. In most cases I recommend using the modem supplied by the provider, as that’s the model support staff will be familiar with.
