If you meet the spend criteria, these cards could give you hundreds of thousands of rewards points.

Finder's top rewards credit cards this month all offer bonus points when you sign up (or shopping credit), plus other perks like complimentary insurance, travel discounts or cashbacks and benefits that can offset high annual fees.

And you earn rewards points on your spending too. These offers have all been selected based on their Finder Scores.

1. ANZ Rewards Black Credit Card

The ANZ Rewards Black Credit Card has a Finder Score of 9.75.

Right now this card gives you 180,000 ANZ Rewards Points when you spend $5,000 on the card in the first 3 months and keep the card for over 15 months.

You could redeem those points for over $800 in gift cards or convert them to 90,000 Velocity Points.

There's a $375 annual fee. You earn 2 rewards points for every dollar you spend.

It also won the 2025 Finder Award for best rewards credit card.

2. American Express Platinum Card

The American Express Platinum Card has a Finder Score of 9.22.

This card currently offers 200,000 Amex Membership Rewards Points to new customers who spend $5,000 on the card in the first 3 months and meet other criteria.

It has a high earn rate of 2.25 points per dollar spent.

While the card's annual fee is very high at $1,450 it does have a lot of value that can more than make up for it, like a $450 yearly Platinum Travel Credit and the ability to get up to $400 back per year in Amex Global Dining Credit.

3. American Express Explorer Credit Card

The American Express Explorer Credit Card has a Finder Score of 9.7.

With this card you get 100,000 bonus Membership Rewards Points if you spend $4,000 in the first 3 months as a new customer.

The card has an earn rate of 2 points per dollar. While there is a $395 annual fee there's also a $400 travel credit. If you use this you can essentially offset the fee.

4. Citi Prestige Card

The Citi Prestige Card has a Finder Score of 6.85.

This card gives you 250,000 Citi Rewards Points, which could get you over $1,000 in gift cards depending on how you use the points. You need to spend $10,000 in the first 3 months to get these points.

The card has a pretty steep $700 annual fee but does come with a lot of perks like complimentary insurance, airport lounge access and hotel and travel discounts.

5. Kogan Money Credit Card

The Kogan Money Credit Card has a Finder Score of 8.52.

This rewards credit card gives you $300 in Kogan credit if you spend $3,000 in the first 90 days.

And it has no annual fee, making it a more affordable rewards card than most of October's top offers.

This card also offers interest-free instalment payment options.

Details of these cards are correct at time of publication and subject to change. All these cards were identified as the "best" cards using the Finder Score, a data-driven methodology that considers rates, fees and card features.
