What makes the OPPO Find X10 series cameras different?
Cameras are the big focus with this launch.
The Find X10 has 2 rear 200MP cameras, while the Find X10 Pro Max has 3, covering the ultra-wide, main and telephoto lenses.
According to OPPO, the Pro Max is the first smartphone to offer 200MP cameras across all 3 rear lenses.
Both phones' camera systems are focused on capturing more natural-looking colours and finer details.
On the Pro Max, the ultra-wide camera is designed to capture twice as much light as the previous generation.
The telephoto camera can also focus on subjects as close as 10cm, making it handy for close-up shots of smaller objects.
You won't need to take every photo at the full 200MP resolution, either.
Both phones shoot at 26MP by default to keep file sizes manageable, but you can switch to a higher-resolution mode when you want to capture more detail.
There's another bonus for photography fans.
The included Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit adds 3.28x optical magnification, helping you zoom in on distant subjects without relying entirely on digital zoom.
What else can you expect?
Here's a list of some other features:
- Both phones have large, bright displays, although the Pro Max gives you a little more room to work with.
- The Find X10 has a 6.59-inch screen, while the Pro Max has a 6.78-inch screen.
- They also support refresh rates of up to 144Hz, which is above the 120Hz we see on other smartphones.
- The screens can reach a peak brightness of 3,600 nits. They can also dim to just 1 nit for more comfortable viewing in the dark.
- The Find X10 can record 4K video at 60 frames per second across all its rear cameras, with higher-resolution and smoother video options available on its 200MP cameras.
- The Pro Max supports 4K recording at up to 120 frames per second and 8K recording at 30 frames per second across all 3 rear cameras.
- Both phones pack a 7,150mAh battery, which OPPO says can last up to 2 days with typical use.
- They run ColorOS 17, OPPO's software based on Android.
