Optus coupon codes and discounts: Up to $200 back (August 2026)
You can access Optus cashback offers and discounts across several services, including prepaid and postpaid SIM-only plans, NBN plans and devices. Here's a rundown of what's up for grabs.
Right now, when you sign up for an eligible prepaid or postpaid SIM, NBN plan or phone plan through Finder, you'll get a Finder Reward in the form of a Visa gift card worth up to $200.
This is in addition to offers from Optus itself, which we run through further down.
While there aren't any coupon codes available this month, these deals offer the same bang for your buck (if not more).
Optus Finder Rewards and discounts for August 2026
Optus discounts on prepaid SIMs
Optus is running bonus data offers on most of its month-to-month and long-expiry prepaid plans.
There are also a couple of discounts. For example, its $59 28-day expiry plan will cost you just $25 on activation.
You will also receive 85GB on each of the first 3 recharges before the allowance drops down to 45GB ongoing.
When you sign up through Finder, you can score $50 cashback on any of its eligible long-expiry or monthly prepaid plans.
Optus discounts on postpaid SIM plans
Optus is offering a $10 a month discount on its 360GB Promo plan for the first year. You'll pay $69 a month for the first 12 months, then $79 ongoing.
If you don't need that much data, you can still save with a $15 monthly discount on Optus's $60 plan for the first year. The $60 plan drops to $45 a month for the first 12 months, then goes back to $60 a month after.
All plans include up to 10% off eligible SubHub subscriptions, while Promo and Large plans also come with $10 or $20 a month in SubHub credit to spend on services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Regardless of what postpaid SIM plan you choose, you'll get a $100 reward when you sign up through Finder.
Optus discounts on phone plans
Optus is running device offers across popular phone brands, including Samsung, Google and Apple.
Get up to $774 off the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ when you sign up on a 12-, 24- or 36-month phone repayment plan.
Pre-order Samsung's new Galaxy Z Fold8 or Galaxy Z Flip8 and save up to $750 when you pair it with an eligible 12-, 24- or 36-month repayment plan.
For Google phones, you can enjoy half price deals on both the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro on 12-, 24- or 36-month plans.
Apple's iPhone 17 lineup is also discounted by up to $300 when you get a plan for 12, 24 or 36 months. You can also save 20% on AirPods Pro 3.
Plus, you can get a $200 reward when you sign up to an Optus phone repayment plan through Finder.
Optus NBN discounts
Selected Optus NBN plans come with $10 off each month for your first 12 months, saving you $120 in total. If you're after a bigger upfront discount, the Promo and Promo Plus plans (NBN 100 and NBN 500) slash $40 off your monthly bill for the first 6 months, saving you $240 before reverting to the standard $109 monthly price.
Savvy switchers can get a $200 gift card when signing up for an NBN plan when you sign up through Finder.
