McGregor vs Holloway 2: Who's the favourite to win?
It's Holloway by a big margin as McGregor hasn't fought in 5 years.
His last outing was against Dustin Poirier in July 2021. He also hasn't won since his 40-second knockout of Donald Cerrone in January 2020.
On the flip side, Holloway has fought 8 times in the UFC since McGregor last stepped into the octagon, going 5-3 in that stretch.
Then there's the style matchup.
Holloway is one of the highest-volume strikers in UFC history, and his output and cardio tend to get better the longer a fight goes.
McGregor is the opposite, given his history. He's a fast starter who fades when the pace stays high.
Interestingly, though, McGregor beat Holloway when the pair first met back in August 2013.
