Kayo is a must for any sports fan. For one, it has a range of sports that you won't find on any other service. While some services specialise in 1 or 2 sports or competitions really well, Kayo covers most sports with major followings. Personally I've found the From Start feature invaluable if you happen to miss the exact time a match begins, as you can go back and watch it like you were there right from the get go. The key moments timeline also is great if you want to check in just on the big plays throughout a game. Kayo minis are a great innovation too, allowing condensed replays to catch up on a match when you don't have time to view a full replay. There are a few minor issues with the service for me. Playback errors are frustrating when encountered watching during live events, as you might miss an important moment. Plus key moments are not available on every stream, which makes it hard to jump around long sporting events such as a cricket match. But it's well worth the investment if you're a sports fan.

As someone who uses Kayo almost daily, I'm clearly a fan. As a sports lover, it's given me access to all the NRL I wanted growing up, but couldn't get because of the cost of Foxtel. Some of the features aren't available on certain streams or are super delayed such as the Key Moments Timeline on non-Fox Sports telecasts. Minis are fantastic to catch up on more than the 2-minute snapshot and From Start is great when you've got home late. Kayo is the best sports streaming service on the market, but it's far from perfect. There's still occasional bugs when live streaming like jumping back 15 seconds. I'm waiting for Kayo to evolve as it hasn't added much in the last few years.

For the Australian sports fan, Kayo Sports is a no-brainer. Being able to split-screen on busy sports weekends so you can watch multiple events at once is a nice feature, but not one I commonly use. The Key Moments feature allows you to jump into a live event and flip back through pivotal moments like wickets in an innings. I use this a lot during long events I'm catching up on.
But the real delight is just being able to start up a game after kick off, select From Start, and get watching as if I hadn't arrived late. Or pausing to go get another beer.
I've never faced any issue with Kayo Sports functioning across multiple devices, and I've used it almost every day since launch. Commonly I just watch on my smart TV, but have also used the app on my phone when commuting. And at work I use picture-in-picture mode so I can keep half an eye on sport while I type.
Yet I'm frustrated that Kayo Sports hasn't evolved much over time. It's been over 7 years since launch, and we still don't have a proper resume feature. It's still not doing a good job surfacing content I like, requiring needless menu surfing. The stats feature is woeful.
Yet, as an avid sports fan, I couldn't live without Kayo. The service works well, and gives me great access to the content I want. It's just a shame the company hasn't rewarded its loyal customers with consistent evolution of the product.
