ALDI Mobile's prepaid range is getting a shake-up.
From 30 September 2026, its two cheapest plans will disappear for new customers, and prices will rise across its family and data-only plans.
ALDI Mobile is scrapping its $23 and $29 plans
ALDI is ditching two of its cheapest prepaid mobile plans for new customers from 30 September.
That includes the $23 plan with 12GB of data on the 4G Telstra network, and the $29 5G plan with 29GB.
The good news is you can still sign up before then and keep either plan. Plus, ALDI is promising to lock in these prices until August 2027 in case you want that peace of mind.
Separately, the $25 plan, which is currently only available to existing customers, is going too, but it's being swapped for a new $28 5G plan, which will come with 32GB.
If you're on the $25 plan with Auto Recharge switched on, you'll move across automatically on your first recharge after 30 September.
If you don't have Auto Recharge on, you'll need to pick a new plan yourself.

The rest of ALDI's range is also getting more expensive, although most plans are getting more data to go with the higher price.
As you can see in the table, the price increases range from $5 to $35, depending on the plan.
The family plans have a 30-day expiry, while the data-only plans last for a full year.
