It would have been nice to see a reduction across the board but alas, we'll have to settle for a $50 price cut on the S25 Ultra.

Everything else sticks to the same pricing as last year.

Best S25 Ultra deals

Before we dive into what an S25 Ultra and a phone plan from Optus, Vodafone, or Telstra can get you, let's check out their deals to set the vibe.

  • Optus is offering $250 off when you sign up for a 24- or 36-month plan. Plus, you can score a Galaxy Watch 7 (40mm or 44mm) or a Galaxy Watch Ultra for $0. Just add a $10 a month watch plan and stay connected for the same period as your phone plan. The deal ends on 6 April 2025.
  • Vodafone's running a $350 discount on the S25 Ultra if you sign up for its 24- or 36-month phone plan. You can also get a $400 discount on the Galaxy Watch Ultra when you stay connected to an accessories payment plan.
  • Telstra's knocking $200 off the 256GB and 512GB variants and $400 if you sign up for its 12-, 24-, or 36-month plan. You can also get up to $1,300 off when you trade in an eligible Samsung phone. The deal ends on 10 March 2025.

Optus S25 Ultra plans

You'll need to pair your Samsung S25 Ultra repayment contract with a SIM-only plan from Optus, which includes the following perks:

  • Bonus 3 months of Amazon Prime worth $29.97
  • Optus Sport at a discounted price. You'll pay $9.99 per month instead of $24.99
  • Endless data. Your speeds will be capped at 1.5Mbps once you've chewed through your data allowance
  • Unlimited international calls and texts to 35 countries (on its medium plan and above)
  • Up to 10% in savings when you bundle 3 or more subscriptions via Optus SubHub or up to $20 every month on streaming when you sign up for the Large Choice Plus plan

Vodafone S25 Ultra plans

When you pair your Samsung S25 Ultra with a SIM-only plan from Vodafone, you'll also enjoy:

  • No excess charges—your speeds will be capped at 2Mbps once you've used up your data allowance
  • 3 months of BINGE for both new and returning customers plus other streaming perks via Hubbl
  • Unlimited international texts on all plans
  • Unlimited international minutes to Zone 1 countries and 300 minutes to Zone 2 countries on the medium and large SIM-only plans
  • $5 a day roaming to use your regular SIM-only plan overseas across 100+ destinations

Telstra S25 Ultra plans

Telstra offers the widest 4G and 5G network coverage in Australia. When you sign up for a Samsung S25 Ultra plan, you'll also get these additional perks:
