AGL's energy deal - Save up to $450

AGL is offering up to $300 in bill credits for new and moving customers in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.

Here's the breakdown depending on where you live:

  • If you're in NSW, VIC or SA, you'll get a $150 credit on electricity and $150 on gas.
  • In QLD, it's $200 for electricity and $100 for gas.

For those in NSW, SA or QLD, the bill credit will be applied if you stay connected for 90 days.

You can also get a $150 digital Visa gift card when you sign up through Finder. That's $100 for electricity and $50 for gas.

And there's more. Finder's also offering a $50 digital Visa gift card for switching to AGL mobile and another $50 for switching to AGL internet.

This is handy as AGL offers $15 a month off for bundling your energy and internet plans and $10 a month off for bundling your energy and mobile plans.

Origin Energy deal - Save up to $300

Origin Energy is offering households in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA a $200 electricity bill credit and $100 gas bill credit on its Origin Go Variable or Origin Go Variable Ongoing plan.

You'll need to stay connected until 13 September to get the bill credit.

Want Everyday Rewards points instead?

If you're an Everyday Rewards member, add your number when you sign up for an Origin Everyday Rewards plan to earn up to 10,000 bonus points on your electricity and gas.

That's 5,000 points for electricity and 5,000 for gas. If you've previously been with Origin, you'll get 2,500 points per fuel instead.

You'll also earn 1 Everyday Rewards point for every dollar you pay on your energy bill.

ENGIE's energy deal - Save up to $425

ENGIE is offering sign-up credits across NSW, VIC, SA and QLD, but the amount varies depending on where you live.

  • VIC: Up to $425 in Welcome Credit on eligible plans - $150 on your first electricity bill and $275 on your first gas bill.
  • NSW: Up to $400 Welcome Credit, with $200 added to your first electricity bill and $200 added to your first gas bill.
  • QLD: $150 in Welcome Credit on your first electricity bill.
  • SA: $385 in Join & Stay credit, applied to your next bill 90 days after your plan starts.

Powershop's energy deal - Save up to $300

  • State-based availability: NSW, VIC, SA and QLD

Powershop is offering up to $200 in electricity bill credit when you sign up to a selected residential electricity plan.

The credit will be added to your account 90 days after your plan starts.

If you're in NSW or Victoria and sign up for gas too, you'll get an extra $100 in gas bill credit, taking the total offer to $300.
