1. AGL energy deal - Up to $300 sign-up credit + $200 gift card
New and moving customers can score up to $300 in bill credits with AGL.
The offer varies depending on where you live.
- In NSW, VIC and SA, you'll get $150 off your electricity bill and $150 off your gas bill.
- In QLD, the credit is worth $200 for electricity and $100 for gas.
Those in NSW, SA and QLD will need to stay connected for 90 days before the credits are applied.
If you sign up through Finder, you can also get a digital Visa gift card worth up to $200 - that's $150 for electricity and $50 for gas.
AGL also offers an electricity plan that includes Netflix Standard with ads (worth $9.99 a month or $119.88 a year). You can even bundle energy and internet to save up to $15 a month.
2. Engie energy deal - Up to $425 in welcome credit
ENGIE's welcome offer depends on your location and the energy plans available in your area.
- Live in VIC? You can get up to $425 in credits on eligible plans, including $150 off electricity and $275 off gas.
- In NSW, the offer is worth up to $400, with $200 credited to your first electricity bill and another $200 off your first gas bill.
- Households in SA can get a $125 credit on their first electricity bill.
- Those in QLD can receive $150 off their first bill.
3. 1st Energy - Pay on time discounts and bill credit
1st Energy has a few sign-up perks depending on where you live.
Customers in NSW and VIC can also save up to 5% on usage and supply charges with the 1st Opal plan when they pay their bills on time.
Its prices in the two states are among the cheapest right now for single rate plans in our database.
Live in Tasmania? You can get $100 in bill credits on the 1st Quartz plan, paid in two instalments: $50 after 6 months and another $50 after 12 months.
If you're a RACT member, the RACT Members Only plan offers a bigger credit, with $150 back on your bills.
You'll receive $75 after 6 months and another $75 after 12 months.
4. Powershop energy deal - Up to $300 in bill credit
