Who is eligible?
Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Must be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account before claiming the Reward and remain a member until the Reward is fulfilled.
Purchase must be made via Finder using the unique promotion link in the same session.
SIM must be activated within 28 days (postpaid or prepaid plans).
Maintain an active Optus service for at least 90 days post-activation.
NBN: premises must be connected by an Optus technician (if required) within 30 days of sign-up.
Use the same email address for Finder and Optus transactions.

When and how you'll get your Reward
An eligibility check will be conducted on 30 June 2026 for all qualifying transactions.
If eligible, your digital Visa card will be issued on or before 30 July 2026.
The card will be sent to the email address linked to your Finder account.
The code must be redeemed within 90 days and the activated card is valid for 3 years.
What do I need to do to ensure my purchase is tracked?
Always click through Finder using the unique promotion link.
Complete your purchase within 3 hours of clicking.
Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
Avoid private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session.
Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.
Can I combine this with other Optus offers?
Only if explicitly stated. Multiple Rewards for the same product may be limited to a maximum of 2 per Finder member across eligible products.
Who issues the digital gift card?
The Activ™ Gift Card is issued by Heritage Bank via Blackhawk Network Australia Pty Ltd. It is not affiliated with Optus. Full Card T&Cs are available here.
What if I do not receive my gift card?
If you have not received your Reward by 1 August 2026, contact Finder customer service using the email associated with your Finder account.
Where can I find the full Terms & Conditions?
All participation is governed by Finder's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Rewards are issued in accordance with the eligibility, tracking, and fulfilment rules outlined above.
How do I find my AVC ID?
If you're already connected to the NBN, the AVC ID should appear in your current bill. If you're currently not connected to the NBN, then it's likely you won't be able to finish the application online and risk eligibility for your reward.
What if I can't complete my application online?
It will up to Optus's discretion as to whether you're eligible for the reward. We recommend you reach out to Optus directly to address the issue and aim to finish your application online.
Are Visa gift cards accepted everywhere?
Visa gift cards may not be accepted at all stores. They should work at merchants with EFTPOS machines that accept Visa. If your card is declined at one of these stores, please reach out to Blackhawk Support.
