Sign up for an eligible Optus NBN, Postpaid, or Prepaid plan via Finder to receive a digital gift card. Offer runs from 30 January 2026 to 31 March 2026.
Click through to Optus via the unique promotion link on Finder and purchase an eligible plan in the same session.
Activate your SIM within 28 days and keep your service active for at least 90 days. Finder will email your digital gift card on or before 30 July 2026.
What is the offer?
Eligible customers can receive a digital gift card when they purchase a qualifying Optus product through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward") during the Promotion Period.

Who issues the digital gift card?

What if I do not receive my gift card?
If you have not received your Reward by 1 August 2026, contact Finder customer service using the email associated with your Finder account.

How do I find my AVC ID?
If you're already connected to the NBN, the AVC ID should appear in your current bill. If you're not connected to the NBN, you may not be able to complete your application online and could risk eligibility for your reward.
Can I BYO modem?
Yes, you will still be eligible.
What if I can't complete my application online?
It will be up to Optus's discretion whether you're eligible for the reward. We recommend reaching out to Optus directly to resolve any issues.
Are Visa gift cards accepted everywhere?
Visa gift cards may not be accepted at all stores. They should work at merchants with EFTPOS machines that accept Visa. If your card is declined, please contact Blackhawk Support.
