Who is not eligible for the promotion?

You will not be eligible if you: Are under 18 years of age Do not complete your transaction through the unique Finder promotion link Complete your transaction outside the promotion period Complete your transaction more than 3 hours after clicking through Complete a cancelled, refunded or reversed transaction Use tools or settings that prevent Finder from successfully tracking your transaction Do not satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined in the Terms and Conditions

How and when will I receive my reward?

If you meet all eligibility requirements, your Reward will be made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard within 120 days of your qualifying transaction. Finder will email you when your Reward is available to claim. You must claim your Reward within 6 months of it being made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard. Once claimed, the Reward will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number, or by another method stated in the Offer Terms. Activation, redemption and use of the Reward are subject to the terms and conditions of the designated fulfilment provider.

What happens if I cancel or refund my transaction?

If you cancel, refund or reverse your eligible TPG Mobile transaction, you will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

What else should I know about the promotion?

The Reward is subject to verification of your eligibility. Finder may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility. The Reward is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless required by law. Finder does not recommend or endorse TPG Mobile products. Consider whether the product is right for you before you transact. Finder may refuse, withhold or cancel a Reward if we reasonably believe the Terms have not been met or if there has been fraudulent, misleading or abusive conduct. If you do not claim your Reward within 6 months of it being made available, the Reward will lapse.
