• What is the Finder × Leukaemia Foundation partnership?

  Finder and Leukaemia Foundation have teamed up to turn everyday bill-switching into support for Leukaemia Foundation. You can switch to an eligible product displayed on the Finder Rewards hub using (this page), receive a digital Visa card reward for yourself, and Leukaemia Foundation receives a $50 contribution per eligible switch. T&Cs apply.

  The reward amount you receive depends on the deal you switch to. Only one Finder Reward is available per eligible switch.

• When does the promotion run?

  This offer runs until 31 December 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. To be eligible, your new service or policy must be purchased — and must commence — within the Promotion Period.

• What rewards can I receive?

  You can claim a digital Visa card reward when you switch to an eligible product displayed on the Finder Rewards hub. Products include broadband, mobile, energy, health insurance, car insurance and many more. Reward amounts vary by deal. Check the individual offer page for the current reward. You can claim rewards across multiple eligible products, provided you meet the eligibility for each. The contribution to Leukaemia Foundation is $50 any eligible switch.

• How does Leukaemia Foundation benefit?

  For every eligible switch made via the Finder Rewards hub using (this page), Leukaemia Foundation receives a referral contribution from Finder — $50 per eligible switch. This is paid from Finder's referral commission and does not affect the digital Visa card amount you receive.

  Funds raised support Leukaemia Foundation programs including Care Managers, accommodation and financial assistance for patients and families and leading edge research to ensure better survival outcomes. The Finder Refer-a-Friend T&Cs apply, as varied by the Community Partner addendum for Leukaemia Foundation.

• Which products are eligible?

  Only products displayed on the the Leukaemia Foundation page are eligible.

  Each offer has its own provider, eligibility requirements and reward amount to you with a $50 contribution to Leukaemia Foundation for each eligible switch. Switching to a product that isn't displayed on this Leukaemia Foundation page won't trigger a contribution to Leukaemia Foundation. Check the individual offer page before switching.

• Who is eligible for the promotion?

  To be eligible for the Finder Reward, you must:

  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over.
  • Be a Finder member and complete your comparison via the Finder Comparison Service.
  • Click through using the Leukaemia Foundation promotion link while logged in, in the same session.
  • Switch to an eligible product displayed on the Finder Rewards hub during the Promotion Period (until 31 December 2026).
  • Ensure your new service or policy commences within the Promotion Period.
  • Meet the chosen provider's switch eligibility (typically a new customer to that provider).
  • Ensure your first name, last name and email match exactly between Finder and the provider.
  • Maintain your new service and keep payments up to date until fulfilment of the reward.

• Who is not eligible for the promotion?

  • Customers who are not Finder members, do not use the Leukaemia Foundation promotion link in the same session, or purchase outside the Promotion Period.
  • Existing customers of the chosen provider, where the offer requires new customers.
  • Customers who do not meet the provider's specific switch eligibility (each offer has its own rules).
  • Customers who combine this offer with any other Finder Reward promotion, unless explicitly allowed on the individual offer page.
  • Customers whose details do not match exactly between Finder and the provider.
  • Customers who join via phone, branch, broker or aggregator (excluding Finder).

• How and when will I receive my reward?

  • Reward fulfilment timelines vary by provider and offer. Check the individual offer page for details.
  • If eligible, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your reward — typically as a digital Visa card via Blackhawk Network, or the equivalent gift card provider used by the offer.
  • You must maintain your new service and remain up to date on payments until fulfilment.

• What happens if I cancel or change my service?

  If you cancel, downgrade, switch or fall behind on payments for your eligible service before reward fulfilment, you may lose eligibility for the Finder Reward. The contribution to Leukaemia Foundation may also be reversed.

• Can I combine this with other Finder Reward offers?

  The Finder Reward through the Leukaemia Foundation partnership cannot be combined with other Finder Reward promotions, unless explicitly stated on the individual offer page. Some providers may offer their own new-member promotions in addition to the Finder Reward, where applicable and subject to the provider's separate terms.

• What else should I know about the promotion?

  • Finder does not provide these products directly and does not recommend specific offers.
  • Finder may receive a commission if you switch and purchase via Finder.
  • Finder shares a portion of that commission with Leukaemia Foundation — $50 per eligible switch. This does not affect the digital Visa card amount you receive.
  • The Finder Reward is limited to one per eligible switch per category.
  • The Finder Refer-a-Friend T&Cs apply, as varied by the Community Partner addendum for Leukaemia Foundation. Blackhawk Network (or equivalent) terms and Finder's privacy policy apply.
