Here's what you need to know to claim your reward.

What's the offer?

Eligible customers can receive a digital Visa card valued at $150 when they sign up for an eToro account through Finder and make an eligible trade.

Who is eligible for the reward?

To qualify, you must:

• Be a Finder member (or sign up for a free Finder account).
• Be an Australian resident aged 18 or older.
• Click through to eToro via the promotional link on Finder while logged in.
• Be a new eToro customer (no existing or previous accounts).
• Be one of the first 100 customers who sign up to eToro via Finder and make any trade during the promotion period.
• Once your eToro account has been validated, deposit and complete your first trade during the Promotion Period.
• Make sure your Finder and eToro account details (first name, last name, email) match.

What are the key dates for this promotion?

• Promotion starts: 3:00pm AEST on 26 September 2025
• Promotion ends: 11:59pm AEDT on 13 October 2025 or until 100 rewards are claimed - whichever comes first.
• Eligible trade period: You must sign up and complete your trade during the promotion window
• Gift card delivery: On or before 24 October 2025

How will I know if the offer has ended?

This offer is limited to the first 100 eligible customers or until 24 October 2025 (whichever comes first). You'll know it's still available if you see it displayed on www.finder.com.au . Once the 100 customer limit is reached, the offer will be removed from the site. If you're unsure, check with us before signing up.

Can I also claim the provider's own offer?

No, this Finder reward can't be combined with eToro's own promotions.

What products are eligible for the reward?

You need to open an eToro's account via Finder's promotional link, deposit and open their first trade during the promotional period.

Is the trade value inclusive of fees and other trade charges?

No, the trade value must exclude any other charges associated with the trade for you to be considered eligible for the reward.

A product I want isn't listed on Finder - can I still get the reward?

No. To be eligible, you must sign up for eToro via the specific promotional link on Finder. If you sign up directly on eToro's site or via another channel, the reward will not apply.

Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?

The reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner may also qualify if:

• They sign up for their own Finder account.
• They click through from Finder before creating their eToro account.
• They register in their own name with a separate email.

How do I know if I've got the right product?

You're eligible if you:

• Signed up to eToro via Finder's promotional link.
• Are one of the first 100 customers to claim the reward.
• Are a new eToro customer.
• Deposit and open your first trade during the promotion window.

What if my Finder account only has my first name?

You must have both your first and last name listed in your Finder account profile. If it's incomplete, we'll prompt you to update it before fulfilment.

Can I upgrade or change my product after signing up?

Yes - if you signed up to eToro via Finder during the offer period and you remain a new customer who meets the eligibility criteria, you'll still qualify even if you make further trades.

How much will I get?

The reward is a $150 digital Visa gift card.

How do I make sure my transaction is tracked?

To stay eligible:

• Always click through Finder's unique offer link.
• Complete your eToro registration within 3 hours of clicking.
• Be one of the first 100 customers and complete your trade before 11:59pm AEDT, 13 October 2025.
• Enable third-party cookies and avoid ad blockers or VPNs.
• Don't use private browsing or switch devices mid-session.
• Ensure your Finder and eToro account details match.

When and how will I receive my reward?

• Rewards are distributed via email by Blackhawk Network on or before 24 October 2025.
• You'll receive a code for a digital Visa gift card.
• The code must be activated within 90 days of issue.
• Once activated, the card will remain valid for 3 years.

How will I know if the offer is still available?

The offer is valid until 13 October 2025, unless it is pulled earlier. We'll update the promotion page when the offer closes. If you sign up after the end date, you won't be eligible.

Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?

If it's after 24 October 2025 and you haven't received your gift card:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Contact Finder's customer care team using the email linked to your Finder account.

I'm getting an error when trying to complete my application - what should I do?

If you encounter an error on eToro's website:

• The issue is on eToro's side, not Finder's.
• Try restarting the process using Finder's promotional link.
• Contact eToro's support to resolve the technical issue.
• Once resolved, return to Finder and complete your sign-up via the promotional link to stay eligible.

Is there a minimum trade value, deposit or balance needed?

Do I need to hold the funds on eToro for any period of time after meeting the deposit or trade requirements?

No, as long as you have met the other criteria, you remain eligible for the promotion.
