In terms of fees there is a 3% balance transfer fee, which is on the higher side. But there's no annual fee in the first year.

The Bankwest Breeze Classic Mastercard has a Finder Score of 9.8. It gives you 0% for 24 months with a 3% balance transfer fee and a $49 annual fee.
