It has a $0 annual fee for the first year. The balance transfer fee is 3% of your balance, which is on the higher side but fairly standard.

2. Bankwest Breeze Classic Mastercard
The Bankwest Breeze Classic Mastercard has a Finder Score of 9.8 and gives you 0% for 24 months. There's a 3% balance transfer fee and a $49 annual fee, which is pretty low for an annual fee.
3. Bankwest Breeze Platinum Mastercard
The Bankwest Breeze Platinum Mastercard also has a Finder Score of 9.8 in the balance transfer category. This card offers the same 24-month 0% balance transfer deal as the Breeze Classic version, but it has a slightly higher $59 annual fee.
In exchange you get extra travel benefits like complimentary insurance and no foreign transaction fees.
4. Community First Low Rate Credit Card
The Community First Low Rate Credit Card has a Finder Score of 9.8 in the balance transfer category.
This card offers 0% for just 12 months, which is shorter than the other top scoring cards. But it has no balance transfer fee and a $50 annual fee. So it's one of the cheapest balance transfer options.
If you think you can repay your card balance in 12 months, this might be the cheapest way to do it.
5. Latitude Low Rate Mastercard - Balance Transfer Offer
The Latitude Low Rate Mastercard - Balance Transfer Offer has a Finder Score of 9.7 in the balance transfer category. It gives you 0% for 24 months with a 3% balance transfer fee and a $69 annual fee.
Plus, until the the end of April you can get a $100 gift card reward if you apply via Finder.
