Fuel Relief Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

The Competition particulars are set out in the following schedule ("Competition Schedule"), which is incorporated by reference into and form part of the General Competition Terms and Conditions at www.finder.com.au/about-us/general-competition-terms-and-conditions ("General Terms"). To the extent of any conflict in the terms of the Competition Schedule and the General Terms, the terms of the Competition Schedule will prevail.

Promoter: Hive Empire Pty Ltd (trading as finder.com.au) ABN 18 118 785 121 of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("Finder").

1. Promotion Overview

Finder is offering eligible entrants the chance to win a AUD $250 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card (the "Prize").

There are four (4) prizes to be won. The total prize pool is AUD $1,000.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 12:00am AEST on Friday, 17 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 1 May 2026 ("Promotion Period").

The winners will be drawn after the Promotion Period and contacted by 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 8 May 2026.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, you must:

• Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
• Follow Finder's official Instagram account (@finder.au); and
• Complete the competition entry form available via the Finder landing page link provided in the campaign post or Finder communications.

Employees (and their immediate families (being a spouse, parent, child, or sibling)) of the Promoter, related companies, agencies, and suppliers directly involved with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

1. During the Promotion Period, follow Finder's Instagram page (@finder.au).
2. Comment "Finder fuel" on the giveaway post.
3. You will receive an automated message with a link to the Finder competition landing page.
4. Complete the entry form with your full name, Instagram handle and phone number.
5. Submit your entry form to go in the draw.

Finder will only accept one entry per entrant.

5. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive a AUD $250 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card. The total prize pool is AUD $1,000.
• The winners will be contacted by Finder to confirm the mobile number or email to send the Prize to.
• The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. The Prize is subject to Prezzee's terms and conditions (available at prezzee.com.au).

6. Winner Selection & Communication

• The prize draw will be conducted by Finder after the Promotion Period.
• Four (4) winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received before the Promotion Period ends.
• Finder will contact the winners via the phone number provided in the entry form and/or via Instagram by 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 8 May 2026.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days, or cannot be verified, Finder may select a replacement winner. If, after reasonable efforts, a replacement winner cannot be identified, the relevant prize will remain with the Promoter.
• Finder's decision on the winners is final and binding.

7. Verification

Finder reserves the right to:

• Request proof of identity, age, and Australian residency;
• Disqualify any entry found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Failure to provide requested proof within seven (7) business days of being notified by Finder may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. General Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the draw cannot proceed as planned due to technical or unforeseen circumstances, Finder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
• Finder is not responsible for technical failures, call issues, or missed calls that prevent participation.
• Finder reserves the right to amend, vary or modify the terms and conditions of the Promotion at its sole discretion.
• Finder's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, you consent to Finder collecting and using your personal information to administer the competition and contact you about Finder services, in accordance with the Finder Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Finder (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation or claiming the prize.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Finder and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this promotion should be directed to Finder, not Instagram.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
