If you encounter an error on the Dodo website while completing your application, here's what to do:
The error is occurring on Dodo's website. Finder doesn't control or manage their online application form.
If pressing Back clears your progress, try restarting the application using the original link you received via Finder.
To resolve the error, contact Dodo directly and ask for assistance with the specific issue you're experiencing.
Once the issue is fixed, return to Finder and complete your application online via our promotional link to stay eligible for the reward.
Note: The provider's support team may not be aware of the Finder reward. They can help you with technical issues, but all reward fulfilment is handled by Finder.
Where can I find my AVC ID?
If you are already connected on the NBN, there is a copy of this number on your latest bill. If you're not connected to the NBN, Dodo should provide you your AVC ID over the phone, but don't forget to finish your application online.
