Get up to $300 from Finder with Optus

Finder is offering eligible customers a digital gift card reward of up to $300 when they purchase an eligible Optus NBN, Mobile or 5G Home Internet product through the Finder Comparison Service using the unique promotional link and complete their purchase online during the promotion period. Each Finder member can receive:

• One (1) Reward per eligible product purchase.
• A maximum of two (2) Rewards across different eligible product types (for example, one eligible Mobile product and one eligible NBN or 5G Home Internet product).

This offer runs from 1 July 2026 until 30 July 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. The promotion is available while it remains visible on the Finder Comparison Service. Reward amounts are based on the offer available at the time the application is submitted via the Finder Comparison Service.

• $300 digital gift card for Optus 5G Home Internet.
• $250 digital gift card for eligible Optus NBN products.
• $200 digital gift card for Optus Postpaid Mobile (Device Data SIM Plan).
• $150 digital gift card for Optus Postpaid SIM only Mobile Plan.
• $100 digital gift card for Optus Prepaid (long expiry – 365 days).
• $75 digital gift card for Optus Prepaid (long expiry – 186 days).
• $50 digital gift card for Optus Prepaid (monthly).

Reward amounts are determined based on the offer available at the time the application is submitted via the Finder Comparison Service.

You may receive up to a maximum of two (2) Rewards across different eligible product types (for example, one eligible Mobile product and one eligible NBN or 5G Home Internet product).

Eligible products must be purchased via the Finder Comparison Service during the promotion period by clicking through the unique Finder promotional link and completing the purchase in the same session. Eligible products include:

• Optus NBN plans (25Mbps+ and above, including BYO plans)
• Optus 5G Home Internet
• Optus Prepaid Mobile (monthly, 186-day and 365-day)
• Optus Postpaid Mobile (Device Data SIM Plan)
• Optus Postpaid SIM only Mobile Plan

• Products purchased outside the Finder promotional pathway
• Purchases made directly through Optus or another channel
• Customers applying for the same product type they currently have, or had within the past 30 days
• Products not listed as eligible above

To be eligible, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a Finder member (or create a Finder account after claiming the Reward) and remain a member until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
• Click the unique promotion link and complete your purchase in the same browsing session.
• Purchase an eligible Optus product between 1 July 2026 and 30 July 2026.
• Activate your SIM within 28 days of purchase (for Mobile plans).
• Have your Optus technician connect your premises within 30 days of signing up (NBN only).
• Maintain an active Optus service for at least 90 days after activation.
• Use the same email address for your Finder account and your Optus account.

You won't be eligible if you:

• Do not use the unique Finder promotion link.
• Complete your purchase outside the promotion period.
• Do not activate your SIM within 28 days (Mobile plans).
• Use a different email address for Finder and Optus.
• Are a current or recent Optus customer (within the past 30 days) applying for the same product type.
• Redeem another Optus cashback or similar promotion.
• Are an Optus employee or eligible for staff discounts.

• Finder will complete an eligibility check on 30 October 2026.
• If eligible, your digital gift card will be emailed by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd on or before 30 December 2026.

To remain eligible, you must keep your eligible Optus service active for at least 90 days after activation. If your service is cancelled or becomes ineligible before then, you may not receive your Reward.

To remain eligible, you should maintain your eligible Optus service for at least 90 days after activation. Finder also recommends keeping your service active and in good standing until your Reward has been fulfilled, as reward tracking relies on updates provided by Optus.

Your eligibility cannot be confirmed until the required 90-day active service period has been completed. Finder then performs an eligibility review before Blackhawk issues eligible Rewards, which is why fulfilment occurs several months after purchase.
