How and when will I receive my reward?

If you meet all eligibility requirements, your Reward will be made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard on or before 18 December 2026. Finder will email you when your Reward is available to claim. You must claim your Reward within 6 months of it being made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard. Once claimed, the Reward will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Activation, redemption and use of the Reward are subject to Blackhawk Network's terms and conditions.

What happens if I cancel or change my service?

If you cancel or otherwise fail to maintain your eligible Dodo NBN service for at least 90 days after activation, you may no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

The Reward is subject to verification of your eligibility. Finder reserves the right to verify customer details and eligibility. The Reward is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
