The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards recognises the best performing super fund for customer satisfaction. It's an award that is decided by the only votes that really matter – yours. We asked customers of major super funds to tell us about their experiences. Now we can reveal what they said.
Unisuper took the top spot in this year's super funds customer satisfaction award. Unisuper got the highest overall score of 4.46 out of 5. UniSuper scored highly for every category, especially in customer service.
Unisuper was the most trusted brand this year, with a score of 4.87 out of 5. 100% of UniSuper customers surveyed said they found UniSuper to be a trustworthy and reliable brand.
Hostplus won the Customer Service Award with a score of 4.49 out of 5. Customers rated Hostplus's customer service the best among all super funds in the survey this year.

Each year, thousands of Australians rate brands they've used as part of Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards program. Aussies rate brands within a product category across a range of metrics, including 'value for money' and 'customer service'. Finder worked with leading data, insights and consulting company, Dynata to survey customers and collect their responses.
