The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are decided by the only votes that really matter – yours. We asked pet insurance customers to tell us about their experiences. Now we can reveal what they said.
RSPCA Pet Insurance came in first place overall, scoring 4.39/5. Of the people surveyed, 97% said RSPCA is trustworthy and reliable. It also scored particularly highly for customer service and ease of application.

Bow Wow Meow ranked in second place, gaining an overall score of 4.34/5. 94% of people surveyed said they believe Bow Wow Meow is trustworthy and reliable. It scored particularly high for its customer service.
Bupa ranked in third place, gaining an overall score of 4.27/5. 97% of people surveyed said they think Bupa is trustworthy and reliable.
Bupa Pet Insurance came in first place for value for money, scoring 4.14/5. It also scored particularly well for features and benefits.
ValueRSPCA Pet Insurance came in second place in the value for money category, scoring 4.10/5. It also scored particularly well for features and benefits.
Petbarn Pet Insurance came in third place for value for money, scoring 4.06/5.
RSPCA Pet Insurance came in first place for the most trusted category, scoring 4.74/5. Of the people surveyed, 97% said they believe RSPCA is trustworthy and reliable.
Trusted brandBupa Pet Insurance came in second place for most trusted, scoring 4.71/5. Of the people surveyed, 97% said they believe Bupa is trustworthy and reliable.
Bow Wow Meow Pet Insurance came in third place, scoring 4.61/5. Of the people surveyed, 94% said they believe Bow Wow Meow is trustworthy and reliable.
RSPCA Pet Insurance came in first place for legendary service, scoring 4.40/5. It scored highly across all areas including ease of appliction and features and benefits.

Petbarn Pet Insurance came in third place, scoring 4.29/5.
Each year, thousands of Australians rate brands they've used as part of Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards program. Aussies rate brands within a product category across a range of metrics, including 'value for money' and 'customer service'. Finder worked with leading data, insights and consulting company, Dynata to survey customers and collect their responses.
