The winners are based on consumer ratings across 5 metrics: features and benefits, ease of application, customer service, fees and the consumer's overall experience, as well as recommendation score (the percentage of customers who said they would recommend the brand to a friend).
Bank - Transaction Account Customer Satisfaction winner
ING took the top spot in our Transaction Account category this year, with 92% of the users that we surveyed saying they'd recommend the bank to a friend. Its customer satisfaction rating was 4.50 out of 5.
Bendigo Bank took second place in our Transaction Account category this year, with 90% of the users that we surveyed saying they'd recommend the bank to a friend. Its customer satisfaction rating was 4.47 out of 5.
