Rent a car for Uber in Sydney

How you can become an Uber driver even when you don't have a car.

Becoming an Uber driver can be an easy way to earn money. While more and more drivers are signing up, the fact you need your own car, as well as Uber's requirements for that car can prohibit people from signing up. You might also be cautious of the wear and tear so much driving can do to your car.

Luckily, you can rent a car through Uber's vehicle marketplace, where rental companies charge a set price per week and can cover car maintenance and even insurance. Renting a car can be a good option for Uber drivers, with drivers in Australia able to earn between $30-$35 per hour. This means renting a car be cheaper than leasing taxi plates.
