Samsung's trio of smartphones in the S23 series are similar in design to the S22 but this time around all phones have an Ultra-style layout for their rear cameras. The series has also been given a performance upgrade courtesy of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and a brighter, more vivid display.
The phone giant has said the battery life also lasts 20% longer and the phones offer a better gaming experience.
If you're holding onto one of Samsung's flagship phones from the last couple of years (S21 onwards), you likely won't notice a major difference. That is unless your budget is leaning towards the S23 Ultra which offers a marquee of features and an S-Pen, albeit with an expensive price tag.
The main back camera is 200MP instead of 108MP, and the front camera is now 12MP instead of 40MP. Its performance in lowlight settings also takes things up a notch.
