Investing in the share market can be a roller-coaster of emotions, especially for new investors. Decision making can be impacted by outside noise of all kinds. In this episode, we break down the importance of discipline, and the many biases affecting our brains when it comes to investing and life in general.

We are joined today by Ted Richards, a former Sydney Swan and current director of Business Development at Six Park. You can also hear Ted on his own investment-focused podcast, The Richards Report.

Ted shares with us five emotions to watch out for, including loss aversion, recency bias and of course the infamous FOMO… the fear of missing out.
