Finder has partnered with the Leukaemia Foundation to launch Community Rewards, a new initiative that lets Australians save money and support people affected by blood cancer at the same time.
Community Rewards is Finder's new program that rewards Australians for switching eligible bills, such as energy, broadband, mobile and health insurance, while also giving back to a worthy cause.
For this edition, switches made through the Leukaemia Foundation's dedicated Finder Rewards page earn a Finder digital Visa card worth up to $1,000.
Finder will also contribute $50 to the Leukaemia Foundation for every successful switch. The offer runs until 31 December 2026.
The launch comes as Finder research reveals just how far financial pressure is pushing Australians to compromise on their health.
Almost 1 in 4 Australians (23%) say they or a family member have gone without medical treatment in the past 12 months due to cost. That's equivalent to 4.9 million people, according to Finder's Health Report 2026.
Separate Finder research found 1 in 3 Australians (33%) have had to work while sick for financial reasons. That's 7.2 million people who say they've powered through illness because they had no paid time off to recover.
Shockingly, 1 in 8 people with blood cancer miss, delay or cancel treatment because of financial pressure, according to data from the Leukemia Foundation.
Sarah Megginson, personal finance expert at Finder, said Community Rewards is a way for Australians to ease their own cost-of-living pressure while helping worthy causes.
"We know that money worries are forcing people to make sacrifices like putting off doctors' visits and dental check-ups, and even mental health support. Others are turning up to work sick because they can't afford not to.
"Switching to a better deal on your energy, broadband, mobile or health insurance allows you to pay less for something you already have.
"It's one of the simplest ways to claw back some money and ease some of that pressure, and now it can help someone else too."
Megginson said the program is designed to make giving back effortless.
"You don't need to donate a cent, you just need to do something you should probably be doing anyway, which is checking you're not being overcharged on your household bills.
"Every switch adds up: you get your reward, and the Leukaemia Foundation gets a contribution towards supporting people affected by blood cancer."

- Choose your bill: Pick from 19 eligible categories, including energy, broadband, mobile, health insurance, investments and home loans.
- Compare and switch: Click through to the provider from Finder and complete the switch in the same session.
- Get your reward: Receive a Finder digital Visa card worth up to $1,000 once your switch is confirmed eligible, tracked via your Finder dashboard.
- Give back: Finder also contributes $50 to the Leukaemia Foundation for every successful switch.
