Thinking about an iPhone 17 plan from Optus? This extra offer on top of its pre-order deals might be worth a look.

If you're interested in any of the iPhone 17 pre-order deals from Optus (more on those shortly), simply sign up through Finder, and you'll get an extra $250 digital gift card.

There is no catch. Just create a free Finder account and that's it. The gift card will be sent within 120 days after your purchase is verified.

Here's an example of just one of the plans, but if you hit the 'GO TO SITE' button, all you have to do is sign up for a Finder account and then you're on Optus's website to choose an iPhone 17 plan.

What are Optus's iPhone 17 offers?

Optus is running two deals for the iPhone 17 range, and you can sign up to either one:

Trade-in deal

You can get a Mastercard gift card when you trade in an eligible phone and sign up to a 12-, 24- or 36-month phone repayment plan.

For example, if you have an iPhone 15 Pro Max (1TB) in good working condition, you'd get that value as a gift card.

Bonus value on $79 Promo Plan

Alternatively, if you sign up to Optus's $79 Promo Plan, you can get up to $780 in bonus value. This is a breakdown of how that works out:

  • Optus's $79 Promo plan is already discounted by $10 a month for the first 12 months. With an additional launch discount for the new iPhone 17, you'll pay just $59 a month during the first year.
  • This offer will also include $120 Optus SubHub credit over 12 months, which you can use on streaming subscriptions such as Netflix.
  • You will also get Upgrade and Protect (valued at $15 a month). If you sign up to a 36-month repayment plan, the overall bonus value will equal $540.

If these deals sound tempting, you're in luck. Sign up through Finder and you'll get an extra $250 gift card from us on top of Optus's offer.

Is it worth signing up with Optus?

If you're happy with Optus's network coverage, don't mind signing up to a handset repayment plan and think the offers are worth it, then yep!

Our best advice is always to take stock of your budget and what else is out there before making a decision.
