How much does the Pixel 7 range cost in Australia?

Depending on what storage capacity you're after, the RRPs for Google's latest Pixel 7 line-up are:

  • Google Pixel 7 (128GB): $999
  • Google Pixel 7 (256GB): $1,129
  • Google Pixel 7 Pro (128GB): $1,299

This is in line with prices for the Pixel 6 launch last year.

What is the best Pixel 7 plan?

The best phone plan for the Google Pixel 7 will really depend on what you're after. Consider the following factors when looking for the best Pixel 7 plan for you:

  1. Make sure the provider you choose offers adequate network coverage. As you probably already know, not every mobile network in Australia offers the same amount of coverage. While those in metro areas may have less to worry about, we'd still recommend checking our network coverage maps from the providers to make sure you get sufficient phone reception where you live and spend the most time around.
  2. Choose a plan length you're comfortable with. You'll often need to choose a longer repayment period if you choose a cheaper monthly bill. Luckily, providers these days don't usually charge you an extra fee for terminating your contract early so you can usually leave your phone provider whenever you want, as long as you pay off the rest of your phone.
  3. Make the most of pre-order deals while they're available. Usually the best time to snag a new phone on a plan is during the pre-order window, which usually lasts about a week. You'll be able to score some great trade-in discounts on eligible phones and pick up a few free goodies during this period.

What's the cheapest Pixel 7 plan in Australia?

With Vodafone no longer offering the Pixel 7 range, the cheapest Pixel 7 plan is now the base 128GB model on Optus's Small plan with a 36 month repayment period.

Telstra Pixel 7 plans and deals

Telstra currently has no active deals on its Pixel 7 plans, but you'll still get some perks to joining Australia's biggest telco:

  • Unlimited texts to standard international numbers and 30 minutes of free calls.
  • Get 3 months of online protection with Telstra Device Security.
  • Access to 4 months of Spotify Premium and 2 months of standard BINGE subscription for new customers.
