Here's what you need to know to claim your reward.

What's the offer?

Eligible customers can receive a digital Visa card valued at $150 when they sign up for a Kraken account through Finder and trade at least AUD$515 inclusive of fees on Kraken within the campaign period.

Who is eligible for the reward?

To qualify, you must:

• Be a Finder member (or sign up for a free Finder account).
• Be an Australian resident aged 18 or older.
• Click through to Kraken via the promotional link on Finder while logged in.
• Be a new Kraken customer (no existing or previous accounts).
• Be one of the first 200 customers who sign up to Kraken via Finder during the promotion period.
• Trade at least AUD $515 inclusive of fees on Kraken within the campaign period.
• Make sure your Finder and Kraken account details (first name, last name, email) match.

Limited to one reward per Finder member.

What are the key dates for this promotion?

• Promotion starts: 12:01pm AEST, 21 October 2025
• Promotion ends: 11:59am AEDT, 14 November 2025 or until 200 rewards are claimed - whichever comes first.
• Eligible trade period: You must sign up and complete your trade during the promotion window
• Gift card delivery: On or before 13 January 2026

How will I know if the offer has ended?

This offer is limited to the first 200 eligible customers or until 31 October 2025 (whichever comes first). You'll know it's still available if you see it displayed on www.finder.com.au. Once the 200 customer limit is reached, the offer will be removed from the site. If you're unsure, check with us before signing up.

Can I also claim Kraken's own offer?

No, this Finder reward can't be combined with Kraken's own promotions.

What products are eligible for the reward?

You need to open a Kraken account via Finder's promotional link and trade at least $150 and hold the assets for 30 days on Kraken

A product I want isn't listed on Finder - can I still get the reward?

No. To be eligible, you must sign up for Kraken via the specific promotional link on Finder. If you sign up directly on Kraken's site or via another channel, the reward will not apply.

Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?

The reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner may also qualify if:

• They sign up for their own Finder account.
• They click through from Finder before creating their Kraken account.
• They register in their own name with a separate email.

How do I know if I've got the right product?

You're eligible if you:

• Signed up to Kraken via Finder's promotional link.
• Are one of the first 200 customers to claim the reward.
• Are a new Kraken customer.
• Trade at least $515 inclusive of fees during the promotion window.

Does the $150 trade amount inclusive of fees?

No, fees are not counted as part of the trade amount for you to be eligible.

What if my Finder account only has my first name?

You must have both your first and last name listed in your Finder account profile. If it's incomplete, we'll prompt you to update it before fulfilment.

Can I make further trades after signing up?

Yes - if you signed up to Kraken via Finder during the offer period and you remain a new customer who meets the eligibility criteria, you'll still qualify even if you make further trades.

How much will I get?

The reward is a $150 digital Visa gift card.

How do I make sure my transaction is tracked?

To stay eligible:

• Always click through Finder's unique offer link.
• Complete your Kraken registration within 3 hours of clicking.
• Complete your trade before 11:59am AEDT, 14 November 2025.
• Enable third-party cookies and avoid ad blockers or VPNs.
• Don't use private browsing or switch devices mid-session.
• Ensure your Finder and Kraken account details match.

When and how will I receive my reward?

• Rewards are distributed via email by Blackhawk Network on or before 13 January 2026.
• You'll receive a code for a digital Visa gift card.
• The code must be activated within 90 days of issue.
• Once activated, the card will remain valid for 3 years.

How will I know if the offer is still available?

The offer is valid until 14 November 2025, unless it ends earlier. We'll update the promotion page when the offer closes. If you sign up after the end date, you won't be eligible.

Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?

If it's after 13 January 2026 and you haven't received your gift card:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Contact Finder's customer care team using the email linked to your Finder account.

I'm getting an error when trying to complete my application - what should I do?

If you encounter an error on Kraken's website:

• The issue is on Kraken's side, not Finder's.
• Try restarting the process using Finder's promotional link.
• Contact Kraken support to resolve the technical issue.
• Once resolved, return to Finder and complete your sign-up via the promotional link to stay eligible.
