Finder is offering a $150 digital gift card to eligible new customers who create an account with Kraken through the Finder Comparison Service and trade at least $515 inclusive of fees with Kraken within the campaign period (the "Reward").

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins at 12:01pm AEST on 21 October 2025 and ends at 11:59am AEDT on 14 November 2025 unless amended.

The offer is only available to the first 200 customers who complete account registration after clicking on the unique promotion link through the Finder Comparison Service in the same session and trade at least $515 inclusive of fees in the promotion period. The offer will remain available on Finder until this limit is reached, at which point it will be removed. Further eligibility details below.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd ( ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier,("Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703)")("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also applies to this promotion.
3. If you decide to proceed with Kraken, please refer to Kraken's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Kraken's product or offering. This promotion is offered and administered solely by Finder. Kraken is not a sponsor of, and does not issue or fulfil, the reward. Kraken's platform participation is limited to verifying eligible account activity required to qualify.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to signing up and transacting.
• Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
• Click on the unique promotion link to access Kraken's product page to complete account registration and submit your verification details in the same session
• Trade at least AUD $515 inclusive of fees in total spot trading volume ('Qualifying Trade') with Kraken within the campaign period. All subsequent references to '$' are to Australian dollars.
• Use the same first name, last name and email address when comparing on Finder and transacting with Kraken.

Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:

• Be a new Kraken customer (i.e. no existing accounts with Kraken).
• Residing in Australia.
• Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member regardless of number of accounts opened

3. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique promotion link to sign up for an account on Kraken's website.
• You sign up as a new customer with Kraken outside the Promotion Period.
• You do not trade at least $515 inclusive of fees with Kraken before the end of the Promotion Period.
• Your personal details (first name, last name, email) do not match between Finder and Kraken.
• You are a current Kraken customer.
• You redeem another similar Kraken promotion or cashback offer.
• You are a Kraken employee or eligible for staff discounts.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during purchase
• Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites
• Fraudulent transactions
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
• Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder's site

5. Fulfilment and tracking

• Eligibility check and Reward will be issued on or by 13 January 2026.
• Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.
• Reward must be activated by the date specified in your email (typically within 3 months of issue) and will remain valid for at least 36 months after activation.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link
• Complete your account registration within 3 hours of clicking
• Complete your trade before 11.59am AEDT 14 November 2025.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site

6. General conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers, and Kraken for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.
• Any personal data shared with Kraken will be processed in accordance with Kraken's Privacy Notice available at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.
