What is the Finder Optus promotion?

Finder is offering eligible customers a digital gift card reward when they purchase an eligible Optus NBN, 5G Home Internet or Mobile product through the Finder Comparison Service using the unique promotional link. You can receive one Reward per eligible product purchase, with a maximum of two Rewards across different eligible product types.

When does the promotion run?

This offer runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. The promotion is available while it remains visible on the Finder Comparison Service. Reward amounts are based on the offer available when you submit your application through Finder.

What reward can I receive?

$200 digital gift card for an eligible Optus Postpaid Mobile Device Data SIM Plan. $100 digital gift card for an eligible Optus Postpaid SIM only Mobile Plan. $250 digital gift card for an eligible Optus NBN plan. $200 digital gift card for eligible Optus 5G Home Internet. You can receive a maximum of two Rewards across different eligible product types.

Which Optus products are eligible?

Eligible products must be purchased through the Finder Comparison Service using the unique promotional link and completed in the same session. Eligible products include: Optus Postpaid Mobile Device Data SIM Plans Optus Postpaid SIM only Mobile Plans Optus NBN plans (25Mbps+ and above, including BYO plans) Optus 5G Home Internet The following are not eligible: Products purchased outside the Finder promotional pathway Purchases made directly through Optus or another channel Customers applying for the same product type they currently have or had within the past 30 days

Who is eligible for the promotion?

To be eligible, you must: Be aged 18 years or over. Be a Finder member and remain a member until your Reward is fulfilled. Complete a comparison through the Finder Comparison Service. Click the unique promotion link and complete your purchase in the same session. Purchase an eligible Optus product between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026. Activate your Mobile SIM within 28 days of purchase, where applicable. Have your Optus NBN service connected or activated within 30 days of signing up, where applicable. Keep your eligible Optus service active for at least 90 days after activation. Use the same email address for your Finder and Optus accounts.

Who is not eligible for the promotion?

You won't be eligible if you: Don't use the unique Finder promotional link. Purchase outside the promotion period. Don't activate your Mobile SIM within 28 days, where applicable. Use different email addresses for your Finder and Optus accounts. Are a current or recent Optus customer (within 30 days) applying for the same product type. Redeem another Optus cashback or similar promotion. Are an Optus employee or eligible for staff discounts.

How and when will I receive my reward?

Your Reward will be made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard on or before 26 March 2027, subject to eligibility. Finder will email you when your Reward is ready to claim. You must claim your Reward within 6 months of it being made available.

What happens if I cancel or change my service?

You must keep your eligible Optus service active for at least 90 days after activation. If you cancel or your service otherwise becomes ineligible before then, you may not receive your Reward. Finder recommends keeping your service active and in good standing until your Reward has been fulfilled.

When can I switch to a new provider?

To remain eligible, you should keep your eligible Optus service active for at least 90 days after activation. Finder also recommends keeping your service active and in good standing until your Reward has been fulfilled.

Why does it take several months to receive my reward?

Your eligibility needs to be confirmed after the required 90-day active service period. Finder then reviews your eligibility before making your Reward available, so fulfilment may take several months after purchase.

How do I monitor the status of my reward?

You can track your Reward status through your Finder Rewards dashboard.

What else should I know about the promotion?

Complete your purchase within 3 hours of clicking through from Finder. Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers. Avoid private browsing or changing devices or browsers during your purchase. Don't click through another rewards or cashback website before purchasing. Finder may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
