Finder is offering a $50 digital gift card to eligible customers who purchase an eligible Exetel Home Internet NBN product through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins at 12:01pm AEDT on 13 October 2025 and ends at 11:59am AEDT on 5 December 2025.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd ( ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier,("Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703)")("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also applies to this promotion.
3. If you decide to proceed with Exetel, please refer to Exetel's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Exetel's product or offering.

Eligibility

1. To qualify for the Reward, you must:
   • Be aged 18 years or over.
   • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
   • Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
   • Click on the unique promotion link to access Exetel's product page and complete the eligible transaction in the same session.
   • Purchase and start an eligible Exetel plan during the Promotion Period.
   • Maintain an active Exetel service for at least 90 days post-activation.
   • Use the same email address on your Finder account and transacting with Exetel.
2. Participating products are limited to:
   • Exetel NBN Products
3. Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:
   • Not being a current Exetel customer.
   • Using direct debit or other qualifying payment method.
   • Residing in Australia.
   • Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.

Ineligibility

1. The Reward will not be issued if:
   • You do not use the unique promotion link to purchase the Eligible Products on Exetel’s website.
   • You complete the transaction outside the Promotion Period.
   • You are not a registered Finder member at the time of the eligibility check.
   • Your personal details (first name, last name, email) do not match between Finder and Exetel.
   • You are a current Exetel customer.
   • You redeem another similar promotion or cashback offer.
   • You are an Exetel employee or eligible for staff discounts.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment
• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during purchase
• Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites
• Fraudulent transactions
• Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Exetel site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
• Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder's site

Reward Amounts

Fulfilment and tracking

• Eligibility check date and reward issued date: On or before 30 March 2026.
• Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.
• Reward must be activated by the date specified in your email (typically within 3 months of issue) and will remain valid for at least 36 months after activation.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link
• Complete your purchase within 3 hours of clicking
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site

General conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers, and Exetel for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

Disclosures

1. Finder does not recommend or endorse Exetel or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, fees and eligibility criteria.
2. Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
3. This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. 5. All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole.The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
