Finder reveals Aussies’ favourite travel brands
Australia's favourite travel brands have been revealed by Finder in the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Awards.
From Singapore Airlines to Flight Centre, the awards reveal which airlines and travel agencies are worth booking with.
This comes as new Finder research reveals 34% of Australians – 7.3 million people – are planning an international trip in the next 12 months.
Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on feedback from over 60,000 Australian consumers who rated brands across a range of metrics.
Metrics include how much they trust and love a brand, how they would rate it for value, and if they'd recommended it to a friend.
Graham Cooke, head of consumer research at Finder, said the awards are designed to help Australians get more out of their money, and their holidays.
"The best travel experience is one where you have total piece of mind – from the moment you start planning to when you get back home.
"Whether you're booking flights, comparing travel insurance, or racking up frequent flyer points, our top rated brands will help you travel smarter, from booking to boarding.
"With feedback from thousands of Aussie travellers, Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards reveal which brands are going the extra mile."
Cooke said the winners were recognised across a range of factors including value for money and legendary service.
"Overall, Aussies have snubbed Australian airlines and rewards programs for international alternatives. Singapore Airlines dominated this year, taking out 7 awards including the most loved, top value and the most reliable airline.
"For those planning an upcoming trip, Flight Centre performed strongly and was the most recommended travel agency and most trusted planning tool.
"If you're on a budget but still want a good result, Trivago is one to check out."
