Baby Jogger swept the pram awards but parents trust UPPAbaby more – is yours on the list?

Â
Pram and stroller owners turn out to be a loyal bunch, and Finder's 2026 Customer Satisfaction Awards put that loyalty to the test. We asked real parents from all over Australia to rate the pram they actually use on how much they love it, how much they trust it, whether it's worth what they paid, and whether they'd recommend it to another parent. The results were decisive: Baby Jogger came out on top overall, sweeping three of the four award categories, while UPPAbaby held its own with the Most Trusted crown.
Baby Jogger sweeps the board this year

Baby Jogger swept the board this year, taking out three category wins outright. Parents rated it the Most Loved pram in the line-up, a category that really comes down to everyday satisfaction and tends to signal who'll buy the same brand again next time. It also topped Top Value, which says a lot given how much prams can vary in price. Then there's Most Recommended, arguably the hardest of the four to win, since recommending a brand means putting your own reputation on the line.
On top of those three wins, Baby Jogger also picked up a Highly Commended result for Most Trusted, sitting just behind winner UPPAbaby. That's a strong showing, even in the one category it didn't win outright
UPPAbaby takes out Most Trusted

UPPAbaby was the only brand to get the better of Baby Jogger this year, taking out Most Trusted. Trust matters more than almost anything else when the product in question is carrying your baby around, so UPPAbaby's win here says something real about long-term satisfaction, not just first impressions.
It wasn't just a one-category story either. UPPAbaby also picked up two Highly Commended results, for Loved Brand and Recommended Brand, both sitting just behind winner Baby Jogger. In other words, UPPAbaby owners aren't just confident in the brand, they're fond of it too.
Bugaboo holds its own on value

Bugaboo picked up a single Highly Commended nod this year, for Value. It didn't take out a category win, but landing on the value podium is still a solid result. It's a sign that Bugaboo, a brand often associated with a premium price tag, is worth a look for parents weighing up cost as well as everything else before they commit to a pram.

How we rank the best prams
Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on real feedback from Australian consumers, not marketing spin. As part of a broader survey of more than 60,000 Australians about their recent purchases and brand experiences, we asked parents to rate the pram they use on how much they love it, how much they trust it, and whether it's worth the money.
Respondents could only vote on brands they've actually purchased and used. Each brand's score out of 5 is the average rating it received across these measures, with the highest-scoring brand in a category named the Winner and the next-highest scorers named Highly Commended.
