Finder is offering a $300 digital Visa card to eligible customers who switch their health insurance hospital and extras cover, to Medibank through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over, and starts at 12.01am AEST 16th December 2025 and ends at 11.59pm 12th January 2026 ("Promotion Period").

The offer is only available to the first 300 customers who sign up to an eligible Medibank policy through the Finder Comparison Service.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd ( ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and switch health insurance policies through its website at http://www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").

The $300 digital Visa card available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (together the "Fulfilment"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also applies to this promotion.

If you decide to switch your health insurance policy to Medibank using the Finder Comparison Service, please refer to Medibank's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of Medibank's terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Medibank’s health insurance policies. You must contact Medibank directly for more information.

Information on how to participate in the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an "Entrant").

Promotion Eligibility

Eligible Covers:

The Reward is available to customers who join on eligible Medibank hospital and extras cover ("Eligible Cover").

To be eligible for the Offer:

• Create a Finder member account if you are not already a Finder member.
• Complete a health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and sign up and start cover for an Eligible Cover via www.medibank.com.au after 16th December 2025 and ends at 11.59pm 12th January 2026.
• Maintain Eligible Cover until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Be a new Medibank policyholder or have not held a Medibank health cover in the last 60 days (unless they are dependents coming off their parent’s cover).
• Must have Australian residence.
• Pay premiums via direct debit and ensure payments are up to date at the time of the Fulfilment Eligibility Check.
• Provide the email address used to obtain the health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and to purchase the Eligible Cover on www.medibank.com.au.
• Customer's first name, last name and email address must match exactly in the health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and the purchase transaction on www.medibank.com.au.
• Only one Reward may be claimed for each transaction that meets the eligibility criteria.

The Reward does not apply to:

• Customers who are not a Finder member.
• Customers who complete a health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and sign up and start cover for an Eligible Cover via the Finder Comparison Service before 16th December 2025 and ends at 11.59pm 12th January 2026.

Corporate covers, Hospital only cover, Extras only cover, Accident Cover, Overseas Visitors Health Cover, Overseas Workers Health Cover, Overseas Students Health Cover (OSHC), Ambulance Cover, ahm covers, and other selected covers.

• Not available to Medibank employees.
• Current Medibank policyholders (excluding dependents coming off a family policy) or customers who have held a Medibank health cover in the last 60 days.
• Customer's first name, last name and email address that do not match exactly in the health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and the purchase transaction on www.medibank.com.au.

The Fulfilment Eligibility Check will be conducted on the following date: on or before 31st March 2026

Fulfilment of the Reward will be made on the following date: on or before 30th April 2026

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, add to, or end this Reward, along with its terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes made will be effective immediately and will be reflected in the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility and to disqualify you from participating in the Promotion if you are deemed to be ineligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

Any cost associated with participating in the Promotion is your sole responsibility.
