Sign up or log in to your Finder Member account.

Sign up via Finder

Click through to Optus via the promotional link on Finder and purchase an eligible plan during the Promotion Period.

Step 3

Activate and stay active

Activate your service and keep it active for at least 90 days. After verification, Finder emails your digital Visa card.

Important: Eligible customers must (1) be new to Optus for the chosen service type (not a customer in the last 30 days), (2) purchase via Finder's unique link, and (3) ensure Finder and Optus account details match. Failure to keep the service active for 90 days will disqualify the reward.

Who can participate?

  • Be a Finder member (or sign up for a free Finder account) when claiming the Reward and remain a member until the reward is fulfilled.
  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 or older.
  • Click through to Optus using the promotional link on Finder during the promotion period (17 Mar 2026 – 30 Apr 2026).
  • Be a new Optus Mobile customer if applying for Optus Postpaid or Prepaid Mobile. You must not have had an Optus mobile service in the last 30 days.
  • Use the same name and email address on both your Finder and Optus accounts.

Plan and activity requirements

  • Activate SIM within 28 days (for mobile/prepaid plans).
  • Keep service active for at least 90 days post-activation.
  • Pay by direct debit and keep your account in good standing.

When and how you'll get your reward

  • Digital Visa gift cards are issued by our partner, Blackhawk Network.
  • Eligibility checks will occur on 30 July 2026.
  • If eligible, your reward will be issued on or before 14 September 2026.
  • The card will be sent to the email address linked to your Finder account.

Can I also claim Optus's own offer?

Yes. The Finder reward is separate from any sign-up deals offered directly by Optus. If eligible, you can receive both rewards.

What products are eligible for the reward?

  • Optus Postpaid Mobile – Device Data SIM Plans
  • Optus Postpaid Mobile – SIM Only Plans
  • Optus Prepaid Mobile – monthly or long expiry (186 or 365 days)
  • Optus NBN – 25Mbps or higher (not currently available)

A product I want isn't listed on Finder – can I still get the reward?

No. To be eligible for the reward, you must purchase one of the specific products listed on Finder as part of this promotion. If the product doesn't have a promotional link from Finder's site, it won't qualify.

Can I get the same reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?

The reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner or family member may also be eligible if:

  • They create their own Finder account
  • They click through from Finder before purchasing
  • They sign up under their own name and email

Can I claim two separate rewards?

Yes. A Finder member may receive up to a maximum of 2 Rewards for separate eligible product purchases (for example one mobile plan and one prepaid plan).

How do I make sure my transaction is tracked?

  • Click from Finder's promotional link
  • Complete your purchase within 3 hours
  • Enable cookies and disable ad blockers
  • Avoid private browsing or switching browsers/devices mid-journey
  • Don't revisit Optus through another cashback, discount, or affiliate site
