What's the offer?

Eligible customers can receive a digital Visa card valued at $400 when they settle an eligible NOW Finance Loan via Finder.

Who is eligible for the reward?

To qualify, you must:

• Be a Finder member (or sign up for a free Finder account) after claiming the Reward and remain a Finder member until the reward is fulfilled.
• Be an Australian resident aged 18 or older.
• Click through to NOW Finance via the promotional link on Finder while logged in.
• Be a new Now Finance customer (no existing or previous accounts).
• Settle an eligible NOW Finance Loan via Finder during the promotion period.
• Make sure your Finder and NOW Finance account details (first name, last name, email) match.

What are the key dates for this promotion?

• Promotion starts: 12:01pm AEDT, 3 November 2025
• Promotion ends: 11:59am AEDT, 30 November 2025
• Eligible settlement period: You must sign up and complete your settlement during the promotion window
• Gift card delivery: within 90 days after we've completed eligibility checks

How will I know if the offer has ended?

This offer is until 30 November 2025 unless amended. You'll know it's still available if you see it displayed on www.finder.com.au. Once the offer expires, the offer will be removed from the site. If you're unsure, check with us before signing up.

Can I also claim NOW Finance's own offer?

No, this Finder reward can't be combined with NOW Finance's own promotions.

What products are eligible for the reward?

You need to settle an eligible NOW Finance Loan via Finder's promotional link

A product I want isn't listed on Finder - can I still get the reward?

No. To be eligible, you must settle on an eligible NOW Finance loan via the specific promotional link on Finder. If you sign up directly on NOW Finance's site or via another channel, the reward will not apply.

Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?

The reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner may also qualify if:

• They sign up for their own Finder account.
• They click through from Finder before settling on their own NOW Finance loan.
• They register in their own name with a separate email.

How do I know if I've got the right product?

You're eligible if you:

• Settle on an eligible NOW Finance loan via Finder's promotional link.
• Are a new NOW Finance customer.

What if my Finder account only has my first name?

You must have both your first and last name listed in your Finder account profile. If it's incomplete, we'll prompt you to update it before fulfilment.

How fast is the application process?

On average, it takes 2 minutes to get your personalised quote. After submitting your application, we'll perform an initial assessment on your application and provide a response within 2 minutes. If successful, the money will be transferred into your nominated account within 24 - 48 hours.

How do I make sure my loan is tracked?

To stay eligible:

• Always click through Finder's unique offer link.
• Apply for a NOW Finance loan within 3 hours of clicking.
• Settle the loan before 11:59am AEDT, 30 November 2025.
• Enable third-party cookies and avoid ad blockers or VPNs.
• Don't use private browsing or switch devices mid-session.
• Ensure your Finder and NOW Finance account details match.

When and how will I receive my reward?

• Rewards are distributed via email by Blackhawk Network within 90 days after we've completed eligibility checks.
• You'll receive a code for a digital Visa gift card.
• The code must be activated within 90 days of issue.
• Once activated, the card will remain valid for 3 years.

How will I know if the offer is still available?

The offer is valid until 30 November 2025, unless it ends earlier. We'll update the promotion page when the offer closes. If you sign up after the end date, you won't be eligible.

Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?

If it's after 90 days after we've completed eligibility checks and you haven't received your gift card:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Contact Finder's customer care team using the email linked to your Finder account.

I'm getting an error when trying to complete my application - what should I do?

If you encounter an error on NOW Finance's website:

• The issue is on NOW Finance's side, not Finder's.
• Try restarting the process using Finder's promotional link.
• Contact NOW Finance support to resolve the technical issue.
• Once resolved, return to Finder and complete your sign-up via the promotional link to stay eligible.
