Become a Finder member so we can track your reward.

Rewards are sent via digital Visa gift card at the end of our eligibility period.

How and when you'll get your $500

  • On 15 July 2026, we'll run an eligibility check on all transactions that meet the reward requirements.
  • If eligible, your $500 digital gift card will be issued on or before 14 August 2026.
  • The card will be sent to the email address linked to your Finder account.
  • The code must be redeemed within 90 days and the activated card is valid for 3 years.

Eligibility at a glance

Who can participate?

  • Be a Finder member (create a free account if you're not one).
  • Be 18 years or older and an Australian resident.
  • Be a new HBF customer or have not held an HBF policy in the last 60 days (excluding dependants coming off a family policy).
  • Complete a health insurance quote and click the unique promotion link while logged in during the Promotion Period (11 March 2026 – 15 April 2026).

Reward requirements

  • Purchase an eligible Hospital, Extras, or combined Hospital & Extras policy.
  • Pay premiums monthly or fortnightly by direct debit and keep payments up to date.
  • Maintain Eligible Cover until the Reward is fulfilled.
  • Ensure your first name, last name and email address match exactly on both the Finder quote and your HBF policy signup.
