- On 15 July 2026, we'll run an eligibility check on all transactions that meet the reward requirements.
- If eligible, your $500 digital gift card will be issued on or before 14 August 2026.
- The card will be sent to the email address linked to your Finder account.
- The code must be redeemed within 90 days and the activated card is valid for 3 years.
Eligibility at a glance
Who can participate?
- Be a Finder member (create a free account if you're not one).
- Be 18 years or older and an Australian resident.
- Be a new HBF customer or have not held an HBF policy in the last 60 days (excluding dependants coming off a family policy).
- Complete a health insurance quote and click the unique promotion link while logged in during the Promotion Period (11 March 2026 – 15 April 2026).
Reward requirements
- Purchase an eligible Hospital, Extras, or combined Hospital & Extras policy.
- Pay premiums monthly or fortnightly by direct debit and keep payments up to date.
- Maintain your eligible cover until fulfilment (eligibility check: 15 July 2026).
- Ensure your first name, last name and email address match exactly on both the Finder quote and your HBF policy signup.
