Who counts as an eligible provider?

• An eligible provider is:

  1. A provider that has a “Go to site” button on Finder.
     Transactions made via a “Continue” link on Finder are not considered Qualifying Transactions.
  2. An eligible provider you access by clicking the “Go to site” button on the Finder comparison page to complete your conversion.

How do I validate my transaction?

• In order to validate your Transaction you will need to:

  1. We need to confirm that you’ve switched to a new product through Finder and met the eligibility criteria.
     To do this, simply upload a document or screenshot showing the product you signed up for and the date you made the switch.

     Upload your validation documents in the Document Upload section of your
     Finder profile.
     You will also receive a reminder email asking you to upload your validation documents via the link provided.

  2. Make sure your verification document shows:
     • For a credit card or personal loan: Your approval for the product
     • For a savings account: Confirmation of your sign up to a new savings account
     • For a SIM-only plan, NBN broadband plan or home insurance policy: Confirmation of your purchase
     • For a share trading account: You've completed your first trade
  3. We’ll check your document(s) and send you an email once they’re confirmed as valid.

• What kind of documents do I need to upload?

  The document can be a screenshot or PDF file, and it must clearly show:

  • Your name and email address
  • The date of issue
  • Proof that you have the new product or service, specifically:
  • Credit card or personal loan: Your approval confirmation
  • Savings account: Confirmation that you’ve opened a new account
  • SIM-only plan, NBN plan or home insurance: Confirmation of your purchase
  • Share trading account: Proof that you’ve completed your first trade

  Typical examples include a confirmation email, a welcome letter, a bill for the service, or an insurance policy certificate.

• Where do I upload the first documents?

  Upload your validation documents in the Document Upload section of your Finder profile. You’ll also receive a reminder email with a link to upload your documents.

• How do I re-upload a document?

  Please go to https://www.finder.com.au/user-profile/rewards/upload-file. You’ll need to be logged in.

• How do I know my information is secure?

  We use end-to-end encryption to protect your information, only allow authorised staff to check your details, and delete documents once we have confirmed your eligibility.

• What if there's a problem with validating my documents?

  If we have any issues, we'll contact you via the email address associated with your Finder account and may ask for additional supporting documentation.

How do I access my Hey You coffee codes?

• How do I access my coffee codes?

  We'll send you an email each week when your code is issued. Access your code via your Finder profile each Monday to use it in the Hey You site or on the Hey You app.

• Where can I use my codes?

  You can use each code (valued at $6) at any of the 1,200 cafes in Australia that work with Hey You. Check the Hey You site or app to find one near you.

• How long is each codes valid?

  A new code will be issued every Monday for 12 weeks. Each code is valid for up to 7 days (Monday to Sunday). We’ll email you each time a new code is available in your Finder profile.

  For example: If you join the coffee offer on a Friday, your first week’s code will only be valid for 2 days (Friday to Sunday), as a new code will appear the following Monday.
