Finder Member Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”)

Finder is offering Member Rewards to eligible Finder members who complete Qualifying Transactions through the Finder Comparison Service.
This Promotion will run from midday 12 November 2025 for the first 2,500 customers who complete Qualifying Transactions or until withdrawn by Finder but no later than 30 June 2026. This offer will remain on the Finder site until the customer limit is reached.
The Terms and Conditions for the Promotion follow below.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd ( ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The available Member Rewards, Product Categories and Eligibility Criteria are set out below.
3. If you decide to use the Finder Comparison Service to sign up for a product or service, please review the relevant terms and conditions, product disclosure statements and target market determination before applying, For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any products and services besides the Finder Comparison Service.

Promotion Eligibility

4. Eligible product categories:
   The Member Reward is available for Qualifying Transactions on the following Product Categories on the Finder Comparison Service:

Credit cards	Approved for a credit card with an eligible provider
Savings account	Applied for a savings account with an eligible provider
Personal loans	Approved for a personal loan with an eligible provide
Sim-only mobile plans	Purchased a SIM-only plan with an eligible provider
NBN Broadband plans	Purchased an NBN broadband plan with an eligible provider
Home insurance	Purchased a policy with an eligible provider
Share trading	Completed a first trade with an eligible provider

5. An eligible provider is a provider with a "Go To Site" link on the Finder Comparison Site. A transaction with a provider with a "Continue" link on the Finder Comparison Site will not be a Qualifying Transaction.
6. To be eligible for the Member Reward you must:
   • Be aged 18 years or over.
   • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
   • Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service
   • Click using the unique promotion link to access the eligible provider on the Finder Comparison Service and complete the Qualifying Transaction prior to claiming the Reward.
   • Provide evidence of the Qualifying Transaction to Finder ("Verification Document"). Finder reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation to verify if you meet the eligibility criteria.
   • Maintain the product or service for the duration of the Reward offering
   • Only one Member Reward may be claimed by each Finder member for a Qualifying Transaction that meets the eligibility criteria.

   Promotion Ineligibility

7. Finder will not issue the Reward if:
   • You are not a Finder member for the duration of the Reward offer period
   • You cancel the product or service during the Reward offer period
   • Finder is not able to reasonably verify the Qualifying Transaction
   • The Qualifying Transaction is cancelled, refunded or returned by the provider

8. The available Member Rewards are:

Fulfilment and tracking

9. The Fulfilment Eligibility Check will be conducted on an ongoing basis for all Qualifying Transactions that satisfied the eligibility criteria in the preceding period.
10. Your Member Reward will be issued within 14 days after you've met all eligibility conditions

Fulfilment and tracking

12. Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
13. Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
14. Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
15. To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
16. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

17. Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners and service providers for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
18. Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
19. All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

Disclosures

20. Finder does not recommend or endorse any product or service available on the Finder Comparison Site. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, PDS, TMD, fees and credit and eligibility criteria available on the provider's website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
21. Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
22. This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

If you believe you are eligible and have not received your Reward within 21 days from completing a Qualifying Transaction and uploading your Verification Document, please contact Finder's customer service using the email linked to your Finder account.
