Get a $50 digital Visa gift card with a new Exetel NBN Plan

Eligible customers can receive a digital Visa gift card valued at $50 when they purchase an eligible Exetel Home Internet NBN product through Finder. Offer ends 11:59am AEDT on 5 December 2025 unless withdrawn earlier.

Step 1

Create your Finder account

Sign up or log in to your Finder Member account.

Step 2

Purchase an Exetel NBN plan via Finder

While logged into your Finder account, click on the promotional link to access Exetel's product page and complete your eligible transaction during the same session.

Step 3

Stay connected with Exetel for 90 days

Keep your Exetel NBN service active for a minimum of 90 days and ensure payment is made via direct debit. Finder will then verify your eligibility and send your $50 Visa gift card.

When and how you'll get your $50

  • Finder issues the $50 digital Visa card on or before 30 March 2026 after verifying eligibility.
  • Visa card is sent to the email associated with your Exetel application.
  • The card must be activated within 90 days and remains valid for 3 years once activated.

What's the offer?
Eligible customers can receive a $50 digital Visa gift card when they purchase an eligible Exetel NBN plan through Finder.

Who is eligible?

When will I get the reward?
Rewards are distributed via email by Blackhawk Network on or before 30 March 2026.

How will the reward be delivered?
You'll receive a digital Visa card code via email. Activate within 90 days; valid for 3 years after activation.

Can I also claim Exetel's own offer?
Yes. The Finder reward is separate from any sign-up deals offered directly by Exetel. If eligible, you can receive both rewards.

What products are eligible for the reward?
To be eligible, you must sign up to an eligible Exetel Home Internet NBN plan via Finder.

Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?
No, the reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner or family member may also be eligible if:

  • They create their own Finder account
  • They click through from Finder before purchasing
  • They sign up under their own name and email

What if my Finder account only has my first name?
To receive the reward, your Finder Rewards profile must include your full name (first and last) and a valid email address. If anything is missing, contact customer support to update it.

Can I upgrade or change my plan after signing up?
Yes, as long as:

  • You signed up via Finder during the promotion period
  • Your new plan still meets the eligibility criteria

How much will I get?
The reward amount is $50 per eligible Exetel NBN plan purchase.

Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?
If it's after 30 March 2026 and you haven't received your reward:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from no-reply@rewards.finder.com.au
  2. Contact Finder's customer care team and include:
    • The email linked to your Finder account
    • A copy of your Exetel order or confirmation
    • Any reference or confirmation numbers
