What's the offer?
Eligible customers can receive a $50 digital Visa gift card when they purchase an eligible Exetel NBN plan through Finder.
Who is eligible?
Australian residents aged 18+ who are new to Exetel and sign up through Finder while logged into their Finder account. One reward per member.
When will I get the reward?
Rewards are distributed via email by Blackhawk Network on or before 30 March 2026.
How will the reward be delivered?
You'll receive a digital Visa card code via email. Activate within 90 days; valid for 3 years after activation.
Can I also claim Exetel's own offer?
Yes. The Finder reward is separate from any sign-up deals offered directly by Exetel. If eligible, you can receive both rewards.
What products are eligible for the reward?
To be eligible, you must sign up to an eligible Exetel Home Internet NBN plan via Finder.
Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?
No, the reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner or family member may also be eligible if:
- They create their own Finder account
- They click through from Finder before purchasing
- They sign up under their own name and email
What if my Finder account only has my first name?
To receive the reward, your Finder Rewards profile must include your full name (first and last) and a valid email address. If anything is missing, contact customer support to update it.
Can I upgrade or change my plan after signing up?
Yes, as long as:
- You signed up via Finder during the promotion period
- Your new plan still meets the eligibility criteria
How much will I get?
The reward amount is $50 per eligible Exetel NBN plan purchase.
Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?
If it's after 30 March 2026 and you haven't received your reward:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from no-reply@rewards.finder.com.au
- Contact Finder's customer care team and include:
- The email linked to your Finder account
- A copy of your Exetel order or confirmation
- Any reference or confirmation numbers
