How will I know if the offer has ended?
The promotion is capped and will be removed from Finder once the limit is reached. If you're unsure, get in touch with our team before signing up.

Can I also claim Dodo's own offer?
Yes, the Finder reward is separate from any sign-up offers available directly from Dodo. If you're eligible for both, you can claim both.

What products are eligible for the reward?

• Dodo NBN plan (25Mbps or faster)

A product I want isn't listed – can I still get the reward?
No, only the specific plans listed above are eligible. If you're unsure, reach out to us before purchasing.

Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?
The reward is limited to one per Finder account. However, a partner may qualify separately if:

• They create their own Finder account
• Click through from Finder before signing up
• Apply in their own name and email

How do I know if I'm on the right plan?
Eligible plans are:

• Dodo NBN (25Mbps or faster)

What if my Finder account only has my first name?
You'll need to add both your first and last name in your Finder profile to receive the reward. If you need any assistance, please contact us.

Can I upgrade or change my product after signing up?
Yes, as long as:

• You signed up through Finder's promotional link
• The new plan is still eligible
• You remain a new Dodo customer and meet the reward conditions

How much will I get?

• $110 for eligible Dodo NBN plans (25Mbps+)

How do I make sure my transaction is tracked?

• Click the promotional link while logged in to Finder
• Complete your purchase within 3 hours
• Don't use ad blockers, private browsing or VPNs
• Use the same browser and device throughout
• Don't click through from another cashback, rewards or discount site

When and how will I receive my reward?

• Rewards are sent via email as a digital Visa gift card
• Issued by Blackhawk Network on behalf of Finder
• Delivery by 23 September 2026
• You must activate your gift card by the date in your email (typically 90 days from receipt)

Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?
If it's past 23 September 2026 and you haven't received your reward:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder
2. Contact the Finder customer care team with:
   • Your Finder account email
   • Confirmation of your Dodo plan (screenshot or receipt)
   • Any order or reference numbers

What if I'm issued a new quote by the provider?
You're still eligible if:

• You clicked through from Finder
• You completed the purchase online (not by phone)
• You purchased an eligible product. If a new quote is generated during the process, that's okay - as long as you remain in the Finder journey.

I'm getting an error when trying to complete my application - what should I do?

• The error is occurring on Dodo's website. Finder doesn't control or manage their online application form.
• If pressing Back clears your progress, try restarting the application using the original link you received via Finder.
• To resolve the error, contact Dodo directly and ask for assistance with the specific issue you're experiencing.
• Once the issue is fixed, return to Finder and complete your application online via our promotional link to stay eligible for the reward.

Note: The provider's support team may not be aware of the Finder reward. They can help you with technical issues, but all reward fulfilment is handled by Finder.

Where can I find my AVC ID?
If you are already connected on the NBN, there is a copy of this number on your latest bill. If you're not connected to the NBN, Dodo should provide you your AVC ID over the phone, but don't forget to finish your application online.

Are Visa gift cards accepted everywhere?
Visa gift cards may not be accepted at all stores. They should work at merchants with EFTPOS machines that accept Visa. If your card is declined at one of these stores, please reach out to Blackhawk Support.
