We asked 833 Australians for their opinions about cryptocurrency wallets. Trezor came in first overall, scoring 4.1/5. Of the 60 people surveyed who used a Trezor, 84% said they would recommend using a Trezor wallet. Trezor received exceptional scores for its security and overall experience.
Ledger ranked in second place for customer satisfaction, earning an overall score of 4/5. Of the 95 people surveyed who used a Ledger, 74% said they would recommend using a Ledger wallet. Ledger scored highly for its security and ease of use.
Exodus ranked in third place for customer satisfaction, earning an overall score of 3.9/5. Of the 91 people surveyed who used Exodus, 67% said they would recommend the wallet. Exodus scored highly for its ease of use.
