• What is the prize?

  The giveaway prize covers your energy bills for one year, up to a maximum of $2,500.

• How do I enter the competition?

• Who can enter?

  Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• How many times can I enter?

  Only one entry per person is permitted unless you're claiming bonus entries.

• How can I claim bonus entries?

  The Google form offers multiple ways for you to claim bonus entries:

  1. Tag your friend's account in the competition post on Instagram and receive 1 bonus entry into the draw.

  2. Sign up for a Finder account to hear about Finder Rewards and receive 1 bonus entry into the draw.

  3. Switch or purchase an energy plan through Finder between 22 October 2025 and 7 November 2025 to receive 5 bonus entries into the draw.

• When does the competition run?

  The competition opens on 22 October 2025 at 12AM AEDT and closes 7 November 2025 at 11:59PM AEDT.

• When will the winner be drawn?

  The winner will be chosen via a live draw on Finder's YouTube channel on 13 November 2025 at 12PM AEDT.

• How will I know if I've won?

  During the live stream, a winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. To win, you must be watching the live stream at the time of the draw and answer your phone live on air when called by the Finder team.

  The Finder team will attempt to contact randomly selected entrants by phone for up to 15 minutes during the live stream.

  If a selected entrant does not answer within 30 seconds, or their call fails, the prize will be forfeited, and another entrant will be drawn.

• How will my energy bills be paid?

  Prize payments will be processed within 30 days of successful verification and provision of the winner's energy bills to Finder.

  If Finder causes a delay in payment that results in a late fee, Finder will cover that fee.
