I had nbn at my place before subdividing and now because I am 28 A instead of 28 nbn can’t find either addresses please help
Hi Soula,
If your address doesn’t appear, contact your phone and internet provider; they will contact NBN directly to assist with resolving the issue. As part of the process, your provider may request the coordinates of the property you wish to connect, and proof that the property is occupied. Best of luck!
i want origin NBN bundle with fetch included
Hi George, Origin doesn’t offer an NBN bundle with Fetch. In fact, providers that used to offer it have stopped doing so. Hope this helps!
If the NBN if disconnected by request as a past user, is there any cost! The new users have both booked in with you into the future with units being built there. What cost is there to disconnect or none at all!
Hi Graham, if the previous NBN service is disconnected by request, there’s generally no cost, unless the account was under a contract with early termination fees. This won’t affect the new users’ connections, who will only pay for their own setup and service. However, it’s always best to get an affirmative answer from NBN / the provider depending on who you’ve been dealing with. Hope this helps!
What download speed does an entry of “nbn®500 “indicate
Hi Fred, you can get a maximum download speed of 500Mbps. Given it’s a new speed tier, some providers haven’t indicated typical evening speeds just yet (these are download speeds you can expect during the busiest hours of the day, 7-11pm). Hope this helps!
We are two people at home and we have 3 devices and TVs I try to find an nbn service provider at an affordable price
Hi Ram, an NBN 50 or NBN 100 plan should be good enough for your needs. You can compare plans here: https://www.finder.com.au/broadband-plans/nbn/compare-nbn-50-plans / https://www.finder.com.au/broadband-plans/nbn/compare-nbn-100-plans. Hope this helps!
