Plus, having AmpCharge attached to your AmpolCard can also help your organisation save money. At the moment, AmpolCard holders receive a discount of 4c/kWh at all AmpCharge locations.
AmpolCard can also be used for a range of discretionary expenses. For example, you could purchase a snack or drink at Foodary while waiting for your EV to charge.
2. You can access integrated billing, reporting and account management
Incorporating AmpCharge EV Charging into your AmpolCard can help you save time on a number of admin processes, including:
- Creating reports
- Expense management
- Organising repairs
This is possible through the AmpolCard portal. The AmpolCard portal can integrate with Xero and MYOB, allowing you to generate ATO-ready reports.
You're also able to look at considerations like:
- Identifying EV and petrol transactions on a per-vehicle basis
- Setting purchase limits
- Centralising expenses like roadside assistance and repairs
Having 24/7 access to these features – which AmpolCard portal enables – can help you make more informed financial decisions for your business. This is particularly important if you have a mixed fleet, as it's crucial to be able to know where your business spending is occurring.
